Back Office & Sales Employee
As a Back Office & Sales Employee at Holland Aromatics, you play a central role within our company. You are the point of contact for our (inter)national customers and work closely with colleagues from logistics, production, and our lab. You contribute to improving processes and are given the opportunity to continuously develop yourself.
Please note: This is a temporary position to cover a pregnancy leave. The role will run from December 2025 through April 2026.
Your tasks:
- Processing quotations, orders, and invoicing for your own customer portfolio.
- Proactively supporting (inter)national customers as their regular contact person and source of information.
- Monitoring delivery times and maintaining an overview, even under pressure.
- Organizing transport for customer orders, both within and outside Europe.
Your profile:
- HBO working and thinking level or MBO+ level with several years of relevant experience in a commercial/administrative position.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
- Accurate, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, independent, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent command of the English language (oral and written). Knowledge of or willingness to learn Dutch is an advantage.
- Highly skilled in the use of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
